What a gorgeous painting, and what a distinctive style this artist had! It is signed "Sinclair," but I haven't been able to figure out who this was, or where this scene is. On the back is an inscription that says "Landscape, Sinclair, 1920." It depicts a village road with speckled light coming down, deftly painted with masterful Impressionistic strokes.
