I saw this painting at auction and bought it even though it has no signature (or if it does have one, it's beneath the frame). What I liked about it was the WPA 1930's style, which I have always liked a lot. It has a moody mystery about it. Note that the fuzzy grey line down the right side, extending down the right side of the big green building, appears to be water damage on closer inspection - I thought it was part of the painting and it didn't bother me. Yes, the painting and frame do have flaws, but overall there's something I just really like it, and it's a painting I can sell inexpensively that deserves a bit of love. Can be shipped without the frame to save on shipping if you wish.
