Ericson” who signed this wonderful late 19th-century painting of cows grazing in a swamp, you might find they were really notable – because the skill level is so high. There’s a unique style here, a slightly modernistic or Impressionistic application of brushstrokes particularly visible in the depiction of the cows’ hides.
